Official Contest Rules
Contest: Local 7 & Skate World Evansville

Date: May 14 – August 24  2012

1.HOW TO ENTER: Contestants, with their parents permission, will be asked to register under the Skate World Evansville Birthday Club page on tristatehomepage.com. One winner’s name will be selected every week for the duration of the contest from weekly entrants.. Winners name will be announced every Friday during Local 7 Lifestyles starting Friday, June 8, 2012 and continuing through Friday, August 24, 2012.

2. PRIZES: Each weekly winner will receive a Skate World Evansville birthday party valued at $100 and includes: (10) ten skating passes for regular skates only, (2) two large pizzas and (2) two pitchers of drink.

3. CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules: Each contestant must be under 16 years of age or YOUNGER to win. No family member may win more than one Skate World Evansville birthday party.. Decision of sponsor(s) shall be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of the Sponsor(s), who may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the contest or any other promotion that WTVW may enter into. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winner must execute a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, a proof of age release and supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that Sponsor(s) requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. In the case of a non U.S. citizen winner, all governmental, provincial and local laws apply. Non U.S. citizen winner(s) are responsible for any custom dues levied. Sponsor(s) accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. and non U.S. residents 16 years of age and under. Employees of Local 7 WTVW, Nexstar Broadcasting, and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.

6. Local 7 WTVW reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time.

7. SPONSORS: Sponsors are not responsible for prizes that may be lost, delayed, or misdirected, or for printing errors on the promotional spot or rules.
