Official Contest Rules
Contest: Local 7 & Gatti-Town Birthday Club

1.HOW TO ENTER: Contestants, with their parents permission, will be asked to register under the Gatti-Town Birthday Club page on tristatehomepage.com. One winner’s name will be selected from all of the entrants who are celebrating a birthday that day. Each winners name will be announced on Local 7 News This Morning.
2. PRIZES: Each winner will receive a Gatti Town Gift Pack, which includes: a buffet, drink and $5 gaming card.
3. CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules: Each contestant must be under 14 years of age or YOUNGER to win. No family member may win more than one daily prize. Decision of sponsor(s) shall be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of the Sponsor(s), who may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the contest or any other promotion that WTVW may enter into. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winner must execute a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, a proof of age release and supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that Sponsor(s) requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. In the case of a non U.S. citizen winner, all governmental, provincial and local laws apply. Non U.S. citizen winner(s) are responsible for any custom dues levied. Sponsor(s) accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. and non U.S. residents 14 years of age and under. Employees of WTVW, Nexstar Broadcasting, and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.
6. WTVW reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time.
7. SPONSORS: Sponsors are not responsible for prized that may be lost, delayed, or misdirected, or for printing errors on the promotional spot or rules.
