Official Contest Rules
Contest: Moms, Dads & Grads
Date: May 3rd – June 20th
1.HOW TO ENTER: Log onto www.tristatehomepage.com, go to the contest dropdown menu, then click on the “Moms, Dads & Grads. Then upload a photo and story of why your mom, dad or grad should win. The deadline to submit entries will be 11:59pm, Sunday, June 20th. Beginning on Monday, June 21st, viewers will then get to vote on which story they like best. Voting ends at 12:00pm, Friday, June 25th. The story that receives the most votes in each category will be declared the winner. The winners will be announced on-line on Friday, June 25th.
2. PRIZES: Each winner will win gift certificates from participating sponsors
3. CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules: You must be 16 years of age or older to win. No family member may win more than one daily prize. Decision of sponsor(s) shall be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of the Sponsor(s), who may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the contest or any other promotion that WTVW may enter into. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winner must execute a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, a proof of age release and supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that Sponsor(s) requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. In the case of a non U.S. citizen winner, all governmental, provincial and local laws apply. Non U.S. citizen winner(s) are responsible for any custom dues levied. Sponsor(s) accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. and non U.S. residents 16 years of age and older. Employees of WTVW, Nexstar Broadcasting, and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.
6. WTVW reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time.
7. SPONSORS: Sponsors are not responsible for prized that may be lost, delayed, or misdirected, or for printing errors on the promotional spot or rules.
