Official Contest Rules
Contest: Ashley Furniture Homestore Room Reboot II
Date: 10/14/13-12/8/13
HOW TO ENTER: : Log onto www.tristatehomepage.com and go to the contest and promotions page, then click on the Ashley Furniture Homestore Room Reboot II to ill out the registration form and attach a picture of your room. OR the TriState On the Go application on a mobile phone and click the more icon, then click on the Ashley Room Reboot II tab, click the upload photo to submit photo and then fill out registration below photo upload. Contestants may also enter via mail by sending their name, address, phone number, email address and photo to 800 Marywood Drive, Henderson, KY 42420 attention Ashley Furniture Homestore Room Reboot II. Participants may enter between October 14, 2013 and 12:00 A.M. on December 8, 2012. Winner will be announced the week of December 16, 2013 and contacted by phone & email.
Winners: The winner will be chosen by the staff of Ashley Home store and the decision of Ashley Home store of Evansville is final.
2. PRIZES: Winner receives living room makeover valued at $3,000 provided by Ashley Furniture Homestore.
3. CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules: You must be 18 years of age or older to win. No family member may win more than one daily prize. Decision of sponsor(s) shall be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the election of the Sponsor(s), who may substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater cash value at any time, for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the contest or any other promotion that WTVW or WEHT may enter into. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winner must execute a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, a proof of age release and supply all information necessary to fill out a 1099 Tax Form, and any other documentation that Sponsor(s) requires. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. In the case of a non U.S. citizen winner, all governmental, provincial and local laws apply. Non U.S. citizen winner(s) are responsible for any custom dues levied. Sponsor(s) accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded there under.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. and non U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. Employees of WTVW, WEHT, Nexstar Broadcasting, and sponsoring agencies are not eligible to win.
6. WTVW & WEHT reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time.
7. SPONSORS: Sponsors are not responsible for prized that may be lost, delayed, or misdirected, or for printing errors on the promotional spot or rules.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Tristateshomepage.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
Tristateshomepage.com reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Tristateshomepage.com reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of Tristateshomepage.com, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Tristateshomepage.com the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Tristateshomepage.com reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or Tristateshomepage.com. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and Tristateshomepage.com are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
